• Short Biography

  Gehenna Gail Bellavance is the first child out of four, of the influential Bellavance Family. She prefers to be called 'Enna' by all her family members, and is the very out-doorsy type of girl. Her three brothers look up to her as the so-called Heroine of the stories their mama told them before bed time, and they are very proud of her. She took up Fencing, Horse-back Riding, Hunting along with her father's cavalry, English and Italian lessons, and was an avid reader of philosophic and scientific books. She was really smart, and to the delight of her parents, she strived both in social meetings and studies that gave her the title of 'Noblesse Uterine' at an early age by her mother as was her title as a French Noble.
  
  Enna excelled in her studies and was able to purchase her own apartments, hold up managements in her name, companies and loved travelling around the world in search for new things. She earned her title as the 'Countess' from her father much later, having twice as much fame and influence as he had.

• History

  The first time her three brothers dubbed her as the Heroine was when she had saved an herd of wild horses being shipped off illegally from their land. Enna was out on a simple hunting party with her family, and strayed from the party to scout along ahead. She had seen the horses being handled roughly, and quickly drew out her silver hunting horn to which the party responded immediately. Her father managed to pen down the thieves, and Enna let the horses free and made a law that hunting them was prohibited.
  
  It started there, from small acts growing, she lent her head to the poor and bartered for innocent people who were falsely accused. Whatever came off as scraps from her family's dining table, or if there was enough made for the day, she gave it out to those who asked. The Bellavance Chateau was open to those who needed help or a petition, thus establishing a thick bond between noble and peasant, which was quite vital in one's march if he were to rule.
  
  To this, her father was granted the rank of Marquis by the King himself, and was invited to court occasionally. This made a leap in their family's name, all thanks to Enna. As her father went away, it fell to Enna to manage the responsibilities weighed on the Bellavance March, which she handled with a small congress she had personally picked -- out of intelligence, tax, law and people's say.
  
  But, might as Enna's behest over the people, the congress did little of what she had told them to do as soon as her father is out of the land, resulting the people not trusting her anymore. Another incident was when her mother caught a rare sickness that caused her skin to redden and crack, and the eyes to be bloodshot. To Enna's desperation and fear that she has never known of this disease, she called upon the best healers, and even Gypsy people her father had allowed in their lands -- on the condition that none of their people would be cheated, killed or stolen from -- who dabbled in Witchcraft and otherworldly practices.
  
  This began to weaken Enna's resolve around the people. Her brothers, the first one being 4 years younger than her, the second who was 3 years younger than the first and a baby brother who was only barely seven, went awry around Enna's congress, and begged her to let them out as soon as she could. Enna declined, believing that they were still loyal.
  
  Soon, their mother died, causing a great shock in their family. The congress quickly planted lies in her father's head, and he looked at her with shame and betrayal: their march was slowly losing control, people fought and killed, stole from each other more frequently. All because of Enna.
  
  Believing that all was her fault, she retreated to anonymity: hardly leaving her room and eating less, reading less. Her only companions were her brothers, who constantly stayed by her side. Her titles were stripped from her and replaced themselves on her first brother by their father although he had refused until they had found the justice he had known from their mother for their sister.
  
  At last, bearing it no longer, Enna resolved to leaving the chateau. She insisted that her brother take the titles, promised that she would be alright, and that they would find justice at the right time, with the right people. She turned over all her companies and managements underneath her brother's name, swept her finery aside and took her mother's maiden dagger and her silver rapier.
  
  Her father, who had so long ago banished her from his memory as his daughter, just looked at her indifferently. He was clearly drunk on power, and had the congress who seemed to have wanted to poison him from the start.
  
  When Enna left, her brothers had followed her, escaping their father's watchful eye. Her first brother, Alphonse, had ridden out long ago, on the correct knowledge where his sister would be going, and the second, Jean, along with their baby brother, Luc. The brothers had known before long that they were nothing but dust underneath their father's feet, and had wanted to follow Enna out of their love for her. The siblings rode out of their home, vowing to take back what was lost, in the right time.
  
  It wasn't long before the word reached their ears: they were fugitives and criminals for poisoning the Marquis' wife. Now, nowhere was safe for them. That was their father's word, and his word was Law.
  
  Although this had happened, more good came to them, fruit borne from Enna's courageousness and loyalty: her friends from other houses, including distant family members lent out their hand to them, even though there were others who wanted to turn them in.
  
  Running and hiding, it rested on Enna's shoulders, the quest to take her home back.
